by purchasing a design from me, you have agreed to taking on the responsibilities listed below.  my art and designs are for personal use only. using them commercially will result in a permanent blacklisting

• do not use art of mine that does not belong to you. if you commissioned artwork of your character(s) from me, this does not apply

• you may not sell my designs for more than acquired without added worth. you may not add value using gift art, or any art that wasnt acquired monetarily. this does not include personal artwork. free designs with no added value must be re-transferred for free
  * please consult me if you must resell at higher price in the case of emergency, i will gladly make exceptions. do not abuse this

• i do not care if you make design changes, but do not miscredit me for any reason
